IMPORTANT:  Weatherdeck Patio Umbrella Stands, LLC is not responsible for the installation of this product.  We highly recommend you consult a professional.

Care and Maintenance

We recommend you apply an anti-seize lubricant to the treads on the stem prior to first usage and reapply frequently. Please follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the anti-seize lubricant.

To keep your stem looking their best, we recommend you store them when not in use for an extended period of time.

Return policy

You can receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and processing fees) of the merchandise if returned within 30 days of delivery and items are in new condition and in original packaging. Consumers must notify us by email within 30 days from delivery with your intention to return the items.   Return credits will be issued within 1 to 7 business days once the item is received and inspected.  Please note: consumers will be responsible for payment of return shipping costs.

Limited Warranty

Our products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects.  If, for some reason, a defect has occurred with a product, the customer must contact us in writing or e-mail within 1 year of product delivery.  Weatherdeck Patio Umbrella Stands, LLC.  will arrange return shipping, free of charge. Weatherdeck Patio Umbrella Stands, LLC. shall then repair, replace or refund such returned merchandise at our sole discretion.

This limited warranty does not cover items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, winds in excess of 40 MPH, or an Act of God.  It is the customer’s responsibility to properly care for, maintain, store and safely use Weatherdeck Patio Umbrella Stands, LLC.  products for their intended purpose.

If during Weatherdeck Patio Stands, LLC’s inspection of the returned product it is determined that the item or items are not damaged, all shipping fees will be deducted from amount refunded.

YourRights Under State Law:  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
